1. What makes your products unique?

Each item I create are infused with magic and intention. My perfumes and bracelets are inspired by mythology, fantasy, and celestial beauty — designed not just as accessories, but as talismans for self-expression and sparkle.

2. Are your perfumes safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! All of my perfumes are hypoallergenic, vegan, and cruelty-free. I use skin-safe fragrance oils and gentle bases. If you have very sensitive skin, I recommend doing a small patch test first.

3. How long do your perfumes last?

My perfumes are crafted as long-lasting oils in a spray-on format. Depending on your skin and environment, the scent typically lasts 6–8 hours. Applying to pulse points helps extend wear.

4. What materials are your bracelets made from?

My Amulets (bracelets) are handcrafted with beads, memory wire, and crystals chosen for durability. Many designs feature gemstone-style beads, metallic spacers, or themed charms that tie into magical elements.

5. Are the bracelets one-size-fits-all?

Most of my memory wire bracelets are designed to fit an average wrist size comfortably. Memory-wire adjusts to your wrist and should not be to snug.

6. Do you take custom orders?

At this time, I are unable to take custom orders.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the personal nature of perfumes and amulets, I cannot accept returns at this time. See our policy section.

10. How do I join your mailing list?

Simply scroll to the bottom of my website and sign up for my Email list. You’ll get early access to limited editions, exclusive discounts, and new items notices.

11. Do you offer seasonal or limited edition items?

Yes! I release holiday and seasonal collections throughout the year (Valentine’s, Halloween, Fall, and Christmas) along with Limited Editions in June and December. These are only available while supplies last.

Policies

Shipping Policy:

The Purple Phoenix has a processing window of 7-10 business days. You will receive an initial order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been scanned at the post office. Please note that the processing window does not include weekends, holidays, or the actual shipping time.

Returns and Exchanges:

Thank you for the interest in my products. Unfortunately, I do not offer returns or exchanges. If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact me at thepurplephoenixlaurascreations@yahoo.com withing 72 hours. Your email should include the following information:

· Order number

· Description of the damage

· Photographs to verify the issue

I will review the case, and if the damage is deemed valid, I will provide a refund or a replacement at my discretion. However, if the product is deemed not to be damaged (as per my seller’s discretion), you will not receive a refund or a replacement.

In some cases, I may choose to issue a gift card to the buyer instead. Please note that “damaged product” refers to cracks or malfunctions with the bottle or lid. It does not include the sprayer or the tube those are normal when sent from the manufacturer. As these are all homemade products and variations may occur.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss & title to products purchased on the site transfers to the purchaser upon deliver to the carrier. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. The Purple Phoenix cannot provide refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Shipping or FEDEX & include insurance coverage up to $100. If your package is lost or damaged, you can file a claim with the website of the carrier.

Handmade Product Variations

Please be aware that most items in my store are handmade. Due to this, products may slightly differ from each other and the images. Perfume, bracelets, and lotion can have slight variations. The Lotions may have a slight color variation. Due to the recipe of some perfumes and lotions, scent or color is more pronounced. Purchasers understand this variation when ordering.

The Purple Phoenix makes every attempt to show accurate colors of products on the website. However, the actual colors you see will depend on a number of factors including the monitor that you use, the settings of the monitor, and the handmade nature of the products. The Purple Phoenix does not guarantee that the display of any color will be accurate.
